EVENT HOSTS
All EVENT HOSTS are required to provide proof of liability insurance for their events at the Hall.
- general liability insurance coverage (all events)
- host liquor liability (when alcohol will be served)
Prior to your event, you will need to provide the venue manager with documentation
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) with South Carolina Society Hall listed as a “named insured”
There are lots of options for acquiring this coverage.
In fact, it may even be as simple as contacting your insurance agent and requesting a custom COI.

All PHOTOSHOOT | VIDEOSHOOT HOSTS are required to provide proof of general liability insurance for their events at the Hall.
There are many ways you can fulfill this requirement, but we hae partnered with FullFrame to make it easy for you to purchase affordable short-term or annual photography insurance for your business if you do not have it already.
